Bloom & Essence – Terms & Conditions

1. About Our Products

All of our soaps, balms and candles are handmade in small batches.
This means each item is unique, with slight natural variations in colour or scent.
Ingredients are listed for every product — please check for allergies before use.


2. Orders & Payment

Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you with alternatives or the option of a refund.


3. Shipping

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.

  • UK delivery is via Royal Mail or local courier.

  • Shipping costs will be shown at checkout or confirmed when ordering.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the carrier.


4. Local Collection (optional)

Free local collection may be available — we’ll arrange details with you directly.


5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns if:

  • The item arrives damaged,

  • You receive the wrong product, or

  • There is a quality concern.

Please contact us within 7 days with your order details and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

We cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.


6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched.


7. Allergies & Sensitivities

Please review ingredients and perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
Bloom & Essence cannot be held responsible for reactions to listed ingredients.
